From tax experts in the beginning for the corporate structure to accountants to file your US taxes and auditors to verify the US numbers and how to report back to the Netherlands. This will include getting an IRS identification number in the beginning (EIN) and making sure all the right documents are filed annually. 

For E-commerce you need to set up a US system for local sales tax. Or as an alternative you can work with our US entity to avoid all that paperwork.
