Martin de Groot
- Martin has been in the US for 25 years; first working for an American company, then as part owner and COO in a food manufacturing company and now NL to US.
- Masters in Food Science and Bachelors in Supply Chain Management
- Chairman of the Netherlands American Business Council (non-profit) and Martin started the Netherlands America Chamber of Commerce Washington Metro chapter
- Martin lives in Springfield, Virginia and when he is not traveling can be found on the soccer field! Both as player and as co-owner of the Washington Dutch Lions FC

Esther Kloosterman
- Esther has worked in several industries (hospitality, Software(Saas), E-commerce) fulfilling different roles; CRM marketing, Sales, Account Management)
- She is a graduate of the Hotelmanagement School Maastricht and Nima-B Consumer Marketing
- Esther was secretary of the DC Dutch board when she still lived in Washington D.C.
- She currently lives in Ponte Vedra, Florida and is likely to be found on a pickleball court in her spare time.
