Bunnik Creations was looking to extend their US presence and expand their market by opening a US warehouse and sales office. By optimizing their location based on cost, distance to port, labor availability and government subsidies we helped them find the right place on the East Coast.
ISO Group
With the ISO group we toured various states to find the best location for their sales office and assembly building. Various meetings with state economic development organizations made the company choose Virginia. Through our extensive network we set them up with the right bank, tax advisor, staffing agencies and local support services.
Food company (private)
With this company we started by meeting various co-packers to find the right partner. This also included connecting with several R&D chefs to adapt products to the US market. After exploring newly build facilities as well as existing plants we settled on a location in the Carolina's.
E-commerce
Super Ninja
Impact USA is SuperNinja's supply chain & administrative partner in the USA for their E-commerce business. We support them with warehousing, inventory, shipments to the Amazon, TikTok Shop or Walmart.com DC's.
We are also their back-office support and assist them with insurance, banking, taxes and corporate structures.
